Returning a Product
- At Stillier we are pleased to exchange for credit notes for incorrect size, or change of mind within a 14 day period, as long as the items purchased haven’t been damaged or worn. This excludes all delivery costs.
- Please note we do not refund for change of mind purchases or incorrect sizes
- We do not exchange or refund on earrings
- We will refund or exchange by your choice in the event that the goods purchased are faulty within 30 days, provided the fault is not due to wear and tear, and is a manufacturing fault, this will be determined on the return of the item
- Please note when returning goods to head office, the expense must be paid by customer however postage will be included for your credit note only if it is manufacturing faulty
- All returned goods must be received first before any exchanges can be processed
- A replacement for the same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense after we have received your returned faulty product
- Please note that purchases made online cannot be returned to our stores
- All credit notes are not to be used in conjunction with any other vouchers/discounts
- Please note we do not refund or exchange on sale goods unless it is a manufactory faulty
